I offer Walk & Talk sessions in Brant County and nearby communities, designed for individuals seeking postpartum support, perinatal mental health counselling, grief, birth trauma, perimenopause or menopause mental health, or major life transitions. Conducted outdoors in natural settings, these sessions combine gentle physical activity with professional, evidence-based counselling, helping you process emotions, reduce stress, and gain clarity in a restorative environment.
